How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free. There is no minimum spend. We ship to the destinations you can choose at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after shipping. Business days are Monday to Friday. Holidays and shipping delays may add time.

How do I track my order?

We email you when your order ships. That email includes your tracking number and link. Tracking may take a little while to update.

What happens after I order?

We send an order confirmation by email. We then prepare your order. We send a second email with tracking once it ships. Check your spam folder if you cannot find an email.

How do I choose my size?

Compare the listed size with jewellery that fits you well. Check your chosen size, length and colour before you buy. If you need a measurement, email contact@melacus.com.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please check the size and details before you buy. Your rights under consumer law still apply. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, email contact@melacus.com.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Follow the care details for your item. Remove jewellery before swimming or showering. Keep it away from perfume and cleaning products.

What if I am sensitive to metals?
